You are living alone and passing your time playing with dolls, may be which means you don't like to live alone & missing your old days. My friendly suggestion to you that don't get so much involved with these things (playing with dolls or watching kid's show or anything like that). Try to pass your time with your good friends, Write mail or talk to your family members & friends who are living far away from you. And on vacation go to your sweet home and enjoy. And try to listen good songs or nice movie. Try to involve with any kind of social activities. If you feel interest with kid's then you can involve/help the deprived kid's. This is not a problem that you are acting like a kid, Actually I wanna tell you that there are so many things you can do in this world, so don't waste your valuable times with playing with dolls or anything like that. You have insight and wonder if there is something mentally wrong with you. Although I haven't heard of somebody in their mid 20's playing with dolls, I honestly don't think there is too much wrong with you if you have enough insight to be questioning what your doing. In saying that maybe you feel you have missed out on things in your child hood, sometimes victoms of child abuse go back to liking things they liked as a child and this can be called "regression" (you can google it). I think that as long as you aren't hurting anybody else (which it seems like you aren't) there is absulutly nothing wrong with it. I too still love kids things, I love watching Hannah Montana and movies like Finding Nemo. I still even cuddle a toy cow when I go to sleep and I'm 19.
