I am in my 20s and a university student who no longer lives at home. Lately I have had this massive desire to be maybe 5 or 6 again. I live alone so sometimes I act like a kid again. I know a lot of people have times like that however maybe not the extreme I do? For instance…

I collect dolls, and play with them. I still dress them and play with their hair, and take them on little adventures. For example the last adventure was that they went to a waterpark and went swimming and played on slides and stuff. I like to buy little kids’ brands of food and drink at the store, and I like watching kids’ movies way too much. And not just Disney classics or something however made-for-TV kids movies and such. I like Hannah Montana the show and her music too. I watch iCarly and a bunch of other kid stuff. Lately I have also been watercolouring a lot (though I’m not talented!) and playing with clay-doh. Whenever I am out somewhere and I pass an empty playground I climb the tunnels and slides and play on the swings and stuff. I read kids books, even the ones with pictures.

I like to imagine I am not a university student living alone however an elementary student with older siblings and parents. I schedule my days as though my mother is taking me to school and to the grocery with her etc.

Am I weird? Do I have some sort of mental illness?

**Note: I really hope people don’t think this is leading up to something sexual because it’s nothing innocent. The playing I do doesn’t turn me on or something, it’s completely innocent play. Just thought I’d point that out because some people think the worst no matter the occasion.

So, is music as we know it dying?. Rock music, pop music, all music?

There are GOOD new artists and bands, however these are often over seen.
Bullet For My Valentine
Green Day
Nickelback (They have more talent than Metro Station at least)
Hollywood Undead
Gallows

These bands are often misjudged and hated so often, when the fact remains they arn’t backed by Disney or whatever.

So is Music dying?
Yes. Indie bands and unknown bands are oftenly better than the bands i do like. But so many teenyboppers are comparing shit like Jonas Brothers to the Beatles and calling them better. It’s stupid. Jonas Brothers music will die off in a few years and not be remembered. Beatles however, are timeless and basically shaped what british music (and maybe music from around the world) is today.
P.S. I do like good music too. Such as

The Beatles
The Cure
Queen
David Bowie
Michael Jackson

And alot of indie music that frankly, no one has heard of in Britain or the States.
Frankly i like old bands better. But it’s a shame seeing them killed by god awful techno remixes and bullshit.

Hi everyone,

I am new to collecting Mickey stuff and was wondering if someone can help me to know more about a doll i recently found in the attic of my new home. He’s just over 30cm tall and has a hand painted face and boots. His face, boots and hands are all porcelain. He has a stuffed body and is wearing his usual red dungarees and a blue shirt. At the bottom of one of his yellow boots there is a stamp which reads ‘Disney’ and it has a copyright stamp too.
